Newlands is a family run park located in the picturesque  village of Charmouth , very close to the world famous Jurassic Coast near the Dorset/Devon border. Set in 23 acres of landscaped grounds, the park offers a range of accommodation from luxury en suite rooms, apartments and Caravans to luxury pine lodges.
Fully refurbished toilets and showers in the campsite / touring field now have under floor heating with high quality fixtures and fittings.  Toilets have hairdryers private bathing and baby changing cubicles
We have a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor pool, shop, restaurant,takeaway, entertainment in high season and weekends, bar, lounge and adventure playground.
The village centre has several shops including a butcher, chemist, pottery, fossil shops, hairdresser, tennis courts, two pubs and a church. The beaches slope gently so are safe for children.  At low tide, the beach reveals many rock pools full of sea life providing hours of fun for children. Many choose this time to hunt for fossils amongst the rocks and along the waters edge.

Lyme Regis is 3 miles from Charmouth and if you don't feel up to the walk, there's a regular bus service from the Park entrance
