We are a small family run agency just for ourselves and friends who are also owners. This means we offer a very personal meet and greet service with no queuing when you arrive. We offer a personal introduction to the van knowing fully well it is clean and ready for you. We can generally offer early access to the caravan. Even on those occasions when the caravan is not quite ready, you can park close to your caravan, rather than struggle to find a parking spot in an overcrowded car park close to Reception. No queuing for passes or bed linen. We offer a very reasonable 'beds made up on arrival' service. The one thing we have no control over is the weather!!

We understand this is your most important week of your year and will do everything possible to make the start of your holiday a pleasurable experience - we even have a cream tea waiting for you in K94 & K99.

Classifications: At Devon Cliffs, the classification or grades of caravans seem to be continually changing. For the holiday maker, there is often an element of doubt as to what he or she is hiring.  So, in the interest of clarification in we have decided to introduce our own definitions. These may be slightly at odds with someone else's, but at least we’ve spelt out exactly what you are getting for your money. We’ve tried to 'normalise' the situation.
EXCLUSIVE: A caravan that had a DEVON CLIFFS Forecourt price in excess of £60,000 at time of purchase. All the usual features of all caravans i.e.  fridge, freezer, shower and/or bath etc., plus following:
  •  Less that 4 years old
  •  12' plus wide
  •  Possess free-standing furniture
  • Centrally-Heated
  • Double glazed
  • Private car parking
  • Patio furniture
  • Veranda
  • Seafront, or Exclusive location
  •  Some of these units have a flat screen TV, all have digibox or Sky  and all have a DVD player.
  • Separate En suite/WC facilities in addition to bathoom/WC.
 PLATINUM: A caravan that had a DEVON CLIFFS Forecourt price in excess of £45,000 at time of purchase. All the usual features of Devon Cliffs caravans i.e.  fridge, freezer, shower and/or bath etc., plus following:
  •  Less that 4 years old
  •  12' plus wide
  •  Possess free-standing furniture
  • Centrally-Heated
  • Double glazed
  • Private car parking
  • Patio furniture
  • Veranda
  • Seafront, or Exclusive location
  •  Some of these units have a flat screen TV, all have digibox or Sky  and all have a DVD player.

 

 

 PRESTIGE: A caravan that had a DEVON CLIFFS Forecourt price in excess of £30,000 at time of purchase. All the usual features of all caravans i.e.  fridge, freezer, shower and/or bath etc., plus following:
  •  Less that 6 years old
  • 12' plus wide
  • Centrally-Heated
  • Double glazed
  • Private car parking
  • Patio furniture
  • Veranda
  • Seafront, or Exclusive location
  •  Some of these units have a flat screen TV, all have digibox or Sky  and all have a DVD player.

 

 

 We have no caravans on our books that fall into a category lower than 'PRESTIGE'
