General Description:

The PARK LANE is a massive 39x14', 2 bedrooms, with en suite facilities including a shower. This caravan comes close to, or exceeds  Devon Cliffs holiday park description of  'Exclusive' but please see 'CARAVANS' for our definition.

The separate bathroom has a corner bath. The PARK LANE is close to being the current 'ultimate' in caravan luxury at Devon Cliffs holiday park.

This Park Lane is sited on a 'Premiere Plus' site. It is one of our 'Seafront Three'. The other two being a brand new ALLERTON, and a DEVON which is just five years old, but still as good as new. All three of these caravans are sited on what is arguably the quietest part of Devon Cliffs holiday park. Plus, the most recent addition to our small fleet is very reasonably priced HATHAWAY . This is sited behind, but with views between our Seafront three. Thus, though sited on the second row back, the HATHAWAY also has access to those wonderful sea views, and lends itself admirably to multiple bookings, yet is still only just a few minutes walk from the 'Main Holiday Complex' on what is one of Britains Premiere Holiday parks. Panoramic views of Lyme Bay  from the veranda of this caravan are second to none. On a clear day it is possible to see Portland Bill at the Eastern end of Lyme Bay some 58 miles distant. In addition all manner of wildlife can be seen from this spot. The wildlife seen include badgers, deer, birds of prey such as kestrels, and of course rabbits by the score. Prior to buying the PARK LANE we had a COSALT CAPRI on this site. Guests staying in that caravan frequently reported sightings of porpoises, and the occasional whale. (We suspect the 'whales' were probably Basking Sharks).

What do you get for your money?

Veranda 18' wide, 2 double bedrooms,  main en suite. Central Heating, All regions DVD player, 21" Colour TV/Digibox, CD/Radio/Cassette, Fridge, separate freezer,  Washing Machine or Dishwasher, (fitted for, but not yet supplied)  Microwave, Oven with 4 ring hob, Gas fire, Shower, Corner Bath, Iron & board, Hairdryer, Toaster, Duvets & pillows.

Parties greater than four will not be allowed.

Parents with young children are welcome, but please leave the crayons at home. No smoking, no pets in this caravan. We do not own a dog, and dogs have never been allowed in this caravan.
