General Description: Our 2007 KINGSWOOD is big. It is probably the longest caravan currently available at Devon Cliffs (42'x13'). This is a two bedroom unit with a large double bedroom with en suite facilities and five foot bed, fits comfortably into Devon Cliffs description of 'EXCLUSIVE' (See 'CARAVANS' for our own interpretation). Fittings are of the highest specification. The caravan is double-glazed, centrally heated has a separate bathroom with a Large Luxury Shower, W.C. and washbasin in a run of fitted units. The carpet underlay and additional insulation ensures a very warm caravan in the colder months, and a cooler caravan in the summer.. The KINGSWOOD is sited on SUNSET VIEW. One of the quietest parts of the park From its elevated situation, this caravan offers fantastic views across the entire park towards Torbay, and only a few minutes walk from the 'Main Holiday Complex' of Britain's Premiere Holiday park. The KINGSWOOD has its own dedicated tarmac hard-standing for one car. In addition to the luxuries outlined as standard in this class of caravan, this unit has a Washing Machine and a piped music system which can be switched to any part of the caravan. Outside, views of the whole park can be enjoyed from the 17' veranda. This unit has 2 double bedrooms, 1 x double with en suite facilities, 1 x twin. Combined TV/VCR/DVD. At the flick of a switch, music from the CD/Radio/Cassette can be piped around the caravan. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a built in fridge with separate freezer. A gas cooker with 4 ring hob. Washing Machine, fold out ironing board, Microwave kettle etc. The caravan is Double Glazed, has additional Insulation, Central Heating & Electric fire in the lounge. Outside lights, Separate shower & WC, Toaster, Duvets & pillows.
