General Description:

Our Devon is a three bedroom 37'X12'  caravan. It fits comfortably into Devon Cliffs description of 'PRESTIGE' standard (See 'CARAVANS' for our definition of 'Prestige').  Fittings are of a high specification.  The caravan is double-glazed, centrally heated and has extra insulation. The carpet underlay ensures a very warm caravan. The caravan has three exterior lights.   In our opinion, the view over Lyme Bay are amongst the finest that Devon Cliffs have to offer. It is sited alongside our ALLERTON and PARK LANE, which are also on seafront positions.

This is arguably the quietest part of the park, and offers what are probably the best views available at Devon Cliffs. This caravan lends itself admirably to those seeking two or three caravans next door to each other. Yet still only just a few minutes walk from the 'Main Holiday Complex' on what is one of Britains Premiere  Holiday parks. Panoramic views of Lyme Bay  from the balcony of this caravan are second to none.

All manner of wildlife can be seen from this spot. The wildlife include badgers, deer, birds of prey such as kestrels, and of course rabbits by the score. Guests in our PARK LANE have reported sightings of porpoises, and the occasional whale. (We suspect the 'whales' were probably Basking Sharks).

What do you get for your money??  

Veranda, 2 double bedrooms, 7 berth:1 x double, 1 x twin & 1 Single bedroom. Sleeps 7 but owner requests groups no larger than 5 people. 

Combined TV/VCR, CD/Radio/Cassette, Large Fridge with separate Freezer, Oven, 4 ring hob, Microwave, Double Glazed throughout, additional Insulation, Central Heating & Gas fire, Three outside lights,  Separate shower & Bath, Ironing board,  Toaster, Duvets & pillows.
